About

Canadian Soprano Jennifer Olenic has a voice that is praised for its “smooth and honeyed tone with good diction and excellent control”. She has performed several operatic roles, including Tatyana in Eugene Onegin, the Mother in The Consul, Bradamante in Alcina, Hansel in Hansel and Gretel, and the titular character in a concert presentation of Ariadne auf Naxos. Jennifer was the 2017 first place winner of the Brian Law Opera Competition, and in 2018 was one of three Canadians chosen to advance to the final rounds of the International Hans Gabor Belvedere Singing Competition in Jurmala, Latvia. She has also appeared as a featured soloist with the Choral Society of Middle Georgia, the Niles Metropolitan Chorus, and St. Andrews Presbyterian.
